ERP Implementation Lead – Multi-Brand Enterprise Consolidation

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a transformational ERP Implementation Lead to drive a complex, multi-brand enterprise consolidation initiative. This is not a maintenance role — it is a strategic modernization effort requiring a leader who can unify systems, standardize operations, and deliver enterprise alignment across multiple business entities.
We are looking for a hands-on program leader who understands that ERP consolidation is equal parts technology, business transformation, data governance, and change management. The right candidate will bring experience leading large-scale ERP rollouts across distributed business units while aligning executive strategy with operational execution.
Enterprise ERP Consolidation Strategy
Lead the roadmap to unify multiple ERP instances into a standardized, scalable platform
Define sequencing, scope, resourcing strategy, and phased deployment approach
Align consolidation efforts with executive leadership vision and financial objectives
Future-State Operating Model Design
Assess current-state processes across multiple brands or entities
Design standardized, enterprise-level workflows across finance, supply chain, operations, and shared services
Establish governance structures that ensure consistency and long-term scalability
Full Lifecycle Program Ownership
Oversee requirements gathering through configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
Manage cross-functional workstreams including integrations, reporting, and data migration
Drive execution against timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
Data & Governance Leadership
Oversee enterprise data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Define and implement master data governance frameworks
Ensure system integrity and reporting accuracy across consolidated entities
Change & Adoption Management
Facilitate executive and operational workshops to align on standardized processes
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
Lead communication plans to ensure clarity across stakeholders
Drive training readiness and ensure successful go-live adoption
7+ years leading ERP implementations, preferably in multi-entity or multi-brand environments
Demonstrated success delivering ERP consolidation or transformation programs end-to-end
Strong functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, operations, or enterprise shared services
Experience managing enterprise-scale initiatives with significant organizational complexity
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment without direct authority
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact

Experience consolidating multiple ERP platforms into a unified solution
Exposure to cloud ERP modernization initiatives
Deep familiarity with enterprise data governance and integration strategy
Experience operating in distributed or acquisition-heavy organizations
Remote-based role with approximately 50% travel to U.S. locations (onsite every other week)
